The package includes

• Gutter and gully clearing/Removing Autumn leaves and debris
  
• Roof repairs, i.e. flashings and other lead work, and replacing slates/tiles
  
• Pointing, exposed joints
  
• Window repairs of all types, stain glass and window lead work
  
• Gutter and down pipe repairs
• Lighting conductor inspection

There is a guaranteed 24 hour call out during the autumn and winter months. HSA also offer reduced rates on further repair work or future projects. Inspections can occasionally lower insurance premiums.
